Been eating real clean the past couple of days! I’m so proud! I just had to get in the habit of it for a few days to e able to stick to it. I’m even allowing myself dessert :) healthy of course!! Tonight’s was Stuftmama’s pumpkin protein cookie dough..so yummy! And packed with protein!
Taking care of my body is the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s hard, sometimes I feel discouraged and just want to give up, but at the end of the day I know all my efforts are for the best.
